Agreement to these terms

By creating an account on Just Curves you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, do not use the service.

These terms work alongside our privacy policy and community guidelines. All three apply to you.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Just Curves. There are no exceptions, and providing a false date of birth is grounds for immediate and permanent removal.

You must be legally able to enter a contract where you live, and you must not be barred from using the service by a previous ban.

One person, one account. Do not create an account on behalf of anyone else.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for everything that happens under your account. Use a password you do not use anywhere else.

Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has accessed your account.

You can sign out of every device from Settings, and you can delete your account at any time.

What you may not do

Impersonate another person, use someone else's photos, or misrepresent who you are.

Harass, threaten, stalk, or intimidate another member — on the platform or after moving a conversation elsewhere.

Post fatphobic, racist, homophobic, transphobic, or otherwise hateful content. Fatphobia is not a grey area here; it is the specific thing this platform exists to shut out.

Treat members as a fetish category rather than as people. Unsolicited comments about someone's body and 'brave of you to post this' condescension both get accounts removed.

Solicit money, run scams, advertise, promote other services, or recruit members off-platform for commercial purposes.

Post sexually explicit imagery, content involving minors, or anyone else's private information.

Scrape the service, attempt to bypass our security controls, automate account creation, or interfere with the platform's operation.

Content you post

You keep ownership of your photos, bio, and messages. You grant us only the limited licence needed to host and display them so the service can function.

You confirm you have the right to post everything you upload, including any photo that shows another identifiable person.

Photos are reviewed before they appear to other members. We may decline a photo that breaks these terms without removing your account.

A Hush is a mutual Premium privacy feature, not permission to ignore another member's boundaries. Either participant can decline or close it at any time. Hush photos remain subject to photo moderation and all community rules, and they must never be copied, shared, or threatened for use outside the private space without the creator's express consent.

Enforcement

Every report is reviewed by a real person on our trust and safety team. Depending on what we find, we may dismiss the report, issue a warning, remove content, or suspend the account.

Serious violations — threats, content involving minors, scams, or a pattern of harassment — result in immediate suspension without a prior warning. Suspension signs the account out of every device at once.

Multiple open reports about the same member are automatically escalated for priority review.

If you believe a decision about your account was wrong, email support@justcurves.app and ask for a review. A different reviewer will look at it.

Safety is shared

We enforce our rules, verify profiles, and act on reports — but we cannot conduct criminal background checks on members and we do not vet anyone's intentions.

Take the precautions in our safety centre seriously: video chat first, meet in public, tell someone where you are going, arrange your own transport, and never send money to someone you have not met.

You are responsible for your own decisions about who to meet and what to share.

Paid features

Just Curves offers an optional paid tier, Premium, and a higher tier, Curves+. Free accounts have full access to matching and messaging — matching, messaging, and safety features are never paywalled. The full feature list and current prices are published on our pricing page, and what each plan includes is also shown before you pay.

Premium and Curves+ add: seeing who liked you, higher daily like and Super Like allowances, an ad-free experience, the Hush private vault, advanced discovery filters, a swipe Undo (Rewind), and access to your profile-viewer history. Curves+ additionally offers incognito browsing, longer viewer history, and read receipts. Unlimited means subject to fair use designed to stop abuse and automation, not to restrict ordinary dating activity.

Prices are shown before you confirm any purchase and include any taxes we are required to collect. We may change prices with notice before your next renewal; the price you signed up at stays locked for as long as your subscription remains continuous.

Subscriptions are billed through Stripe. Your card statement shows a charge from Just Curves. Renewals happen automatically at the interval you chose (monthly or yearly) until you cancel.

You can cancel anytime in Settings → Subscription → Manage billing, or by contacting support. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not retroactively refund a period you have already used. Deleting your account also cancels any active subscription.

If a payment fails, you keep your paid access during a short grace period while we ask you to update your payment method. After the grace period your account returns to the free tier.

If a payment is refunded or disputed, paid access ends immediately.

Where a subscription is purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play, billing, renewal, and refunds are handled by that store under its own terms, and you manage or cancel the subscription in your store account.

Ending your use of the service

You may stop using Just Curves and delete your account at any time, for any reason, without asking us.

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaks these terms, that we reasonably believe puts other members at risk, or that is required to be removed by law.

Sections covering content licences, safety reports, disclaimers, and limitation of liability continue to apply after your account ends.

Disclaimers and limits

Just Curves is provided as-is. We work hard on uptime and correctness, but we do not promise the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that you will find a match.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the service, or for the conduct of any member — on or off the platform.

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that cannot legally be limited, including consumer rights in your jurisdiction.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a way that materially affects you, we will notify you in the app before the change takes effect. Continuing to use Just Curves after that means you accept the updated terms.
